- DCDawn CloydApr 24, 20261.0Went in today 4/24 at 10:40am, I was the only customer in there! Asked a sales associate for a certain foundation, was told “I would have to read the display”, I said ok I was 5-7feet from the associate that was stocking a shelf and I said I was new to this line and I commented “i guess I’m going to just have to try to pic a color, she ignored me and did not ask to assist me at all…I got very frustrated by the poor customer service so I said “I guess I will just go to Ulta”! Which is exactly what I will do…I would highly recommend NOT shopping there!!! If I could give zero stars I would! Get better Sephora!
- HDHolly DuncanMay 27, 20241.0Realized they didn’t give me my gift card back and when I went back into the store they said there was nothing they could do. Cashier was sweet and gave me numbers to try to help. Very unhappy and would NEVER return to any Kohl’s Sephora.
