- APAlia PerkinsJun 21, 20261.0Horrible salon! They absolutely don’t know what they are doing when it comes to color. I came in to have my blonde highlights toned and they turned my hair brown. Claimed they could fix it and still I left with brown hair . Then they tried to argue with me about if my hair was even light enough to be toned the color I want anyway. I went back to my regular hairstylist and had to pay $200 to remove some of the toner but I’m still not back to where I was. I’m stuck letting this fade in the middle of summer. Smh! will never go back to JCPenney salon ever again
