  I love Aiden so much. I've never loved a haircut off the bat before until I started getting my hair cut/colored by him. Im stopped on the streets and complimented for my awesome and stylish haircut. My self worth and confidence has never been better.

  Teresa's stylist, Madelyn told Teresa she lied about Camp, Teresa walked from the shampoo bowl to Madelyn's chair with water dripping down her face. Teresa commented on this and Madelyn did not dry Teresa's hair, so I took the towel and dried it myself. There was a lot of hair all over Teresa's black skirt. Madelyn said, oh how did that get there, but did not take care of it, so I brushed as much hair off as I could. The back of Teresa's shirt was wet again around the neck. Teresa has a disability that Madelyn does not understand at all or she would handle her conversations and questions in a more sensitive manner. Teresa has had other good cosmetologists at JC Penny. This would be the first not so good cosmetologist.

  I went to JCPenny Salon yesterday for a trim, toner and deep conditioning. My stylist wasn’t sure what I booked and then said she would pick the type of deep conditioner she felt would be best. My hair is definitely darker when it is supposed to be lighter. I told my stylist that my hair was way darker and she told me it was because my hair is wet. We decided on 2 inches together. My hair was all one length. I questioned as she was cutting it and she told me “don’t worry”. I left with wet hair and it’s naturally curly so I put it in a ponytail. I straightened it today and it legit looks like either a 4 year old cut it or a weee wacker was used. I am going to end up losing at least 4-5 inches to fix this mess before my vacation. I called JCP and asked to talk to the manager and for a refund. I called the number provided in other reviews. She told me to call back later to talk to the salon manager and that I wouldn’t get a refund but it would be a good learning experience for the stylist to improve. I have been to this place off and on all my life. I will never go back, ever. I’d rather pay for a more expensive cut by someone who actually knows that they are doing. I should have went with my gut when the stylist came out with blue and blonde hair, almost green

  I would not recommend this service to anyone. I requested an all over warm toned brown coming from black hair. The stylist said that it would take a few tries to get the exact color I wanted, but at the end of the service I was left with orange hair with black spots/streaks in it. I was also left with a stain on my face from the dye.This has easily been my worst experience with a "professional" in my entire life. I paid close to 300 dollars when most people do better with 5 dollar box dye. This was an embarrassing experience and I will never go back.
