  The woman cutting my hair was extremely rude the entire time. She did the bare minimum and then when asked if she could style it for me, turned around to the lobby and told everyone she had to do my hair so it's was gonna be awhile. Totally uncalled for and the only reason she got a tip was because she did anything at all.

  Don't recommend Katie, She sat me in the chair facing the mirror then turned me so I could't see what she was doing. She never asked me how I wanted my hair cut. She ended up cutting patches in hair and way to short. She SUCKS, I hope she isn't there if I decied to go back. She needs to be fired......

  Integrity. This is something that every single stylist should come to work with every single day for their entire shift. People trust that you are capable and knowledgeable enough to perform the services that they are requesting. If they show you pictures. Verbally tell you how to achieve the desired look. And you agree that you are capable then you better never ever let them leave your chair looking like a train wreck. Because you are mad about something that happened in your day or you have dinner plans and your last client took longer than you planned. Now you are behind. If a client gives you every single opportunity to stop and to return another day when you don't have something else on your mind other than doing an amazing job for your client. If you don't have the skill set yet to do a difficult cut for yourself,don't be prideful. Humble yourself. Apologize and simply say , I'm sorry. I don't believe I'm skilled enough to do your cut. But if you come back on another day they are a master stylists and would be able to give you that beautiful cut. She did not do that. My hair. I went home and cried. And then I cried more. I've had A LOT. Of horrible cuts but this one literally topped all of them. I put my glasses on when she was done. I was nothing but kind the entire time. Why. Because she had a bad day. Two because she was in a rush. I tipped her $8. Not because she deserved not even one penny because she did not. She owed me $22 plus $8 to be honest. But I did it hopefully so she thought about it. Why did she tip me this? I did an awful job. I had no idea what I was doing. I used the wrong clipper sizing hoping she didn't notice. All I was thinking about was going to dinner and ending my day. I was rushing. I didn't want to admit I had no idea what I was doing with this cut. I was definitely over my head. I was selfish. I didn't deserve that tip. I hope next time I'm able to tell my client that my skill level isn't that good to achieve that difficult look. But my co worker can. Don't ever judge a stylist by their appearance it doesn't mean anything. Yes, my hair will grow back. I own 20 hats for such a time as this. And yes, I do believe somewhere out there. There is someone capable to do my cut. Obviously, I've had it cut that way for ten years now. The good ones move away. It's a gorgeous cut that takes actual skill to achieve. Good luck on your future. Never stop learning. Never be prideful and be humble. And grow. Never stop saying "I'm sorry". Those words go far. Some companies never want you to use those words because it takes accountability. They're wrong. Always be accountable for what you are responsible for doing.

  The bigger girl in there sucks she cut my hair with no covering to keep hair off me then she blew the hair all down my shirt otherwise any other time I have had great service
