    Male employee was so rude. Made me feel like I couldn’t afford their $12 product. Spoke to me like he didn’t know what I was trying to purchase. Disgusting behavior. Morale seemed to be down here overall. All employees looked like they dreaded their jobs. I’m now going through google reviews and wondering if it’s the same male employee that everyone is having a bad interaction with

    Had such a pleasant experience at this location mostly because of our associate, Julie. She was so kind and helpful, and there’s truly nothing more valuable than a good conversation! Aside from that, this store is well kept and it didn’t seem too congested when I went.

    I did an online pick up and the male worker who was getting my order was so unfriendly even in our short interaction. I had two orders and forgot to give him the second barcode so I walked over to where he was grabbing my bag to let him know there would be two and he looked so annoyed and told me “you can go walk over there now” and almost shooed me away. like my bad I wasn’t trying to make you walk back and forth. Never a good experience at this location.

    I walked into the store yesterday and was not greeted once or asked if I needed help with anything. I walked up to the register and had an unpleasant interaction with the cashier. Mind you he did not make eye contact with me, say hi or ask if I found everything okay. He asked me to put my phone number in and proceeded to tell me “you don’t have have an account.” I told him that I did and he seemed annoyed and told me to “try a different number”. I explained to him that I did not have another number to try and he started to question me on if I had an account. I think the appropriate thing to do was for him to ask for my email as an alternative option to look me up. I asked him to use my email instead and he seemed quite irritated. I gave him my email several times and even spelled out the letters since he was having a difficult time typing it in correctly. He told me short and sharp to “hold on a second” and his co worker even looked over to start at him. I’m surprised he even asked me to if I wanted my birthday rewards. He quickly gave me two options and put them on the counter. Even though he was being rude I still wanted to ask which one he recommended since I didn’t know either of the brands. That was clearly my mistake for needing help. He didn’t even look up at me and said “up to you.” From the previous reviews it seems like this is an ongoing issue with this male employee that is going unresolved. I didn’t even have all my belongings I had purchased off the counter when he called the next customer up. I will never understand why negative people choose to work in an environment where customer service is needed. With that being said I will not be giving my money to a store that doesn’t care if their paying customers have a good or enjoyable experience.
