- MOMia OuJul 28, 20262.0Honestly, I’m not sure where the 4.7-star rating came from. The massage was not comfortable at all. The techniques were inconsistent, and my masseuse was using her cell phone during the session. I hope she had a good reason for it, but if she did, I wish it had been communicated to me beforehand, especially if it was a family emergency and she needed to be on her phone during the treatment. It’s also advertised as a Thai massage, but it didn’t feel like a Thai massage at all. To my knowledge, none of the therapists working there were Thai either, which made the experience even more misleading. I honestly didn’t want to leave a tip because I didn’t enjoy the session at all. It felt like I was wasting both my time and money just lying there. I ended up tipping anyway because I felt bad. During checkout, she specifically asked for a tip while simultaneously yelling at someone on the phone. Afterward, I actually regretted tipping because the service simply wasn’t good. If you have any standards when it comes to massage therapy, I would not recommend this place at all.
