From the infectious and outgoing personality of the owner to the thorough and detailed attention to every part of my body, this was one of my best massage experiences. I recommend this place to anyone visiting honolulu.

While we were still in the process of parking the car, a staff member abruptly stopped us and coldly told us to leave. Even if parking wasn't allowed in that specific spot, there was absolutely no reason to speak to customers with such a nasty attitude. This level of management and terrible hospitality is unacceptable. We left immediately and will not be coming back. I came to get lunch at the restaurant downstairs, but before I could even park the car, two of your staff members repeatedly and rudely tried to chase me away and refused to let me park. There are other businesses downstairs; the parking lot is not your private property. Your staff's attitude was absolutely terrible. I was completely disgusted before even stepping foot near your business. What an incredibly awful experience!

The attitude was incredibly hostile and completely lacked basic customer service or respect. We were turned off before even stepping foot inside. Avoid this place!
