  Danisha was so sweet & patient with me!! She helped me find everything I needed & was so knowledgeable about everything makeup, she helped me find the perfect concealer match for my skin tone & I absolutely loved her energyy, will definitely be back !! <3

  Rep here says Kohls sephora doesnt accept any other sephora returns. Im filing a complaint with Sephora bec i have 100% returned regular sephora products to this same kohls sephora recently so im pretty sure she's a liar. If not, then it needs to be put on the receipts/ emails that you cant return there, and Sephora needs more locations that are easier to get to besides inside a mall (in all artificial light so you cant get shades right! )

  Went today just to look at getting some new makeup and Bria was literally the best. She literally took the time to figure out what I needed, and what I was exactly looking for. She really looked out and gave me the best recommendations that were good for my skin and I cannot thank her enough will be back just because of her at this location.

  I went to Ulta to treat myself today and was completely ignored by every staff member. I saw that Sephora was right next door so I decided to stop here as well. I was immediately greeted by Danisha who was radiant, kind and helpful. Her energy immediately put me in a better mood and made me feel welcomed. It’s extremely hard to find employees like this nowadays and Sephora should be proud to have her.

  Two days ago, I visited this location for the first time. This was such a pleasant experience. This is my first time going to a Sephora inside a kohls and I didn’t know what to expect. So sad I didn’t catch her name. There was the sweetest person helping me. She had dark hair pulled back and brown skin and was so willing to help me find everything I needed for my huge order. She was just as sweet as she was pretty! She literally walked around the store with me and helped me find 50 items that I needed to build my business. She scanned the barcodes to see if what I needed was in the back. Waited patiently and didn’t get frustrated with my big order. I’ll definitely be back to this Sephora since it’s so close and the customer service was the best I’ve had in a while!
