  Paula treated me what exactly i want. Results came out really great 👍 you must try!! The clinic has a very cleanand private atmosphere that makes you feel instantly relaxed. There was barely any wait time, and the Paula explained every step of the procedure thoroughly, which put me completely at ease. I was worried about the pain, but their gentle touch made it a very comfortable experience ! 😊

  I had Botox and lip filler done at Essential Injectables MedSpa and had such a great experience. Paula is very knowledgeable skilled and made me feel so comfortable the entire time. She really listened to what I wanted and explained everything clearly. I am very happy with my results and love how natural everything looks. I will definitely coming back for future treatment.   I had Ultherapy and what I thought was Botox completed. Overall, the experience itself was great. She was very kind, patient, and took her time throughout the entire process. My main concern was the lack of transparency regarding pricing and the services I was actually receiving. Prices aren’t visibly posted anywhere, so you don’t know the cost of the services outside of what you’re verbally told. The price I was initially given also changed after I advised her of my form of payment, which I wasn’t expecting, but I expressed understanding. Additionally, I specifically requested Botox and later found out that what I received was actually Xeomin. This wasn’t clearly disclosed to me. I was told that the Botox I was receiving was made by the makers of Ultherapy, and I trusted her judgment and agreed to proceed. It wasn’t until after I went home and researched it that I learned the product used wasn’t Botox. Before she began the injections, I asked about the glowing effect I had heard about, and she explained that the injection I was receiving wouldn’t provide that effect. I asked about changing it, but was told it was too late because changing the product would increase the price. I never expressed any concern or hesitation about the cost, so I didn’t understand why price was presented as the reason I couldn’t change the product, particularly since I originally requested Botox and wasn’t receiving that. I told her I was fine with the price increase and she then stated it was too late, although she hadn’t prepared the injection yet. That raised red flags for me, and I couldn’t shake the feeling that something wasn’t right, which is why I later researched exactly what injection she had given me. My results haven’t settled in yet, so I can’t speak to the final outcome at this point. Overall, the service itself was a pleasant experience, and I appreciated how kind and attentive she was. I just would’ve appreciated more transparency regarding the pricing and, most importantly, exactly what product and services I was receiving, especially when they differed from what I specifically requested.
