- DDDijona' DraytonMay 27, 20261.0DO NOT go to Shamim! My little sister’s experience was very disappointing. She was very rude and did not make her feel welcomed or valued as a customer. Customer service and professionalism are extremely important, and unfortunately, my sister did not feel accommodated or cared for during her visit. Every customer deserves a positive experience and to be spoken to respectfully, and this was not that. She did not take pride in doing my sister’s eyebrows correctly and had an attitude when my sister politely explained that she did not like how her eyebrows turned out and tried to communicate what needed to be fixed. Instead of being understanding or professional, the interaction became unpleasant. Overall, the experience was very unprofessional.
