Clean shiny bright Sephora. I didn't buy anything just looked around and no one looked back around at me and or said hello and I'm ok. I'm alright. I'm still breathing I can move on with my life. I don't need the attention of an employee to make my life complete. I was somehow able to continue living.
And to be fair, I almost respected the lack of interaction. Sephora employees usually descend from the shadows within thirty seconds like highly trained beauty consultants sensing weakness and disposable income. This location let me roam freely like a confused raccoon.
What did stand out was how well-stocked and organized the store was. Every display looked neat, clean, and meticulously maintained. Nothing felt chaotic or picked over, which is impressive considering Sephora locations can sometimes look like the aftermath of a glitter-related natural disaster. Products were easy to find, testers were arranged nicely, and the entire store felt polished and intentionally maintained.
Overall, a very clean and visually appealing location. Bright lighting, organized shelves, good inventory, and a surprisingly low-pressure shopping experience. I may not have left with a bag full of serums and financial regret, but I left mildly impressed, which is honestly worth something.
This spot is well stocked and I am very very impressed with the organization

I am beyond disappointed and honestly pissed off by this experience. I have spent thousands of dollars with Sephora over the years and never once realized that Sephora inside Kohl’s apparently does NOT provide the same level of customer service, systems, or support as an actual standalone Sephora.
Two weeks ago, I purchased multiple products, including a foundation, from the Sephora inside Kohl’s. The employee color matched me completely wrong, so I came back expecting a simple exchange. Since I’m a longtime Sephora customer with a Beauty Insider account, I assumed they could easily pull up my purchase history like every normal Sephora does.
Nope.
Instead, I was told they “can’t access it” because Sephora at Kohl’s operates differently. I then spent OVER AN HOUR searching through multiple bank accounts trying to find a receipt for a $40 foundation because apparently their systems are so disconnected they can’t even support loyal customers properly. After all of that, they told me I would have to come BACK AGAIN when a manager is there.
Absolutely ridiculous.
If Sephora at Kohl’s cannot provide the same customer experience, return process, or purchase tracking as a real Sephora store, customers need to be clearly warned before spending their money there. This entire situation was inconvenient, frustrating, and honestly pathetic for a brand that pushes loyalty so heavily.
I will absolutely think twice before ever purchasing from a Sephora inside Kohl’s again.

I'm someone who has recently taken an interest in improving my daily facial routine, so I decided to give SEPHORA a shot. I'm really glad I did, because the staff member was incredibly helpful, despite being the only one there at the time.
I came in with a list of products I needed, and they happily recommended several options that fit my budget. They also suggested a few perfumes and even let me take samples to try at home, which I really appreciated.
I also want to thank the cashier. The receipt didn’t mention their name, but if they ever see this, I want to thank them from the bottom of my heart!

I visited yesterday and the employees were engaged in their own personal conversation that was clearly more interesting than helping their customers. They were not helpful in the slightest bit and actually seemed annoyed that customers were needing assistance. I won’t be coming to this location again as product inventory and availability is lacking plus less than subpar service
