- TTT1 day ago1.0I returned the items within less than an hour from purchasing them and had an issue with one item not being included in the refund at first. I had to clarify, and I felt the interaction could have been handled with more professionalism. The associate with James Brown-style hair, very skinny with hairy arms and a heavy head, needs to be trained. She was intentionally not refunding the last item until I told her to scan it. I guess she thought I wasn’t paying attention, but I very much was. As I said, her conduct was unprofessional and unnecessary. I had someone with me who also noticed it.

I left my stuff right there on the counter and walked out. I refuse to pay my money to an establishment that thinks it is okay to mistreat me!

I only go when I need to replenish my supply of a product I'm familiar with. If I know I'll need support choosing an item I take the drive to another store where I will receive appropriate customer service.

BUT, DANIELLE! She actually helped me to find the EXACT products I needed, educated me (i am a new makeup girlie 💁🏾♀️) and I was in and out in 15 minutes!! You can't beat that 🤷🏾♀️
