Grimy end caps, Brand displays, drips of makeup by application areas/mirrors. Dust and buildup even on the perfume shelves! GROSS! I will be going to Ulta from now on, at least its clean there!

I left my stuff right there on the counter and walked out. I refuse to pay my money to an establishment that thinks it is okay to mistreat me!

I only go when I need to replenish my supply of a product I'm familiar with. If I know I'll need support choosing an item I take the drive to another store where I will receive appropriate customer service.
