- DDDajana5 days ago1.0Do not come here unless you are a 5 year old boy. The only thing they know what to do is a buzz cut and don’t even blend that out. Mariette is the rudest, most argumentative, incompetent, and just plain inexperienced person I have encountered on this Planet. I asked for light, not harsh face shaping layers but was instead met with a 3 inch horizontal cut across my jaw. 8 inches of my hair fell onto the floor and I am in disbelief. Mariette threatened to pull up the cameras to “See exactly what I asked for” Please do! I’ve asked for the same thing for 6 years and it’s the most common basic layers in America. When I asked Mariette to “Please stop touching my hair” Mariette responded with “What did you just say” Like she didn’t just cut off 1/2 my hair and did not blend it. These employees (Bc they cannot be labeled Stylist) should not go near anyone hair, person, or soul again. I’ve never had a panic attack while getting my hair cut but if you would like that Mariette is your girl!

I still have hair on the side and back and she trimmed it very nice. I'm hard of hearing and she spoke up louder so we could carry on a conversation.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
