  As a beauty professional spanning 3 decades; makeup artist of set and production, both 600hr and 1200hr Master Esthetics accreditation, AAM cosmetic tattoo artist & trainer with over 30 certifications in advanced techniques, I feel it is paramount to give mention to exceptional service. As a recent transplant from Boston, my year has become a discernment of options; new stylist, new barber, (for the edge) new nail tech, new injector, new associations... I visited Smile and Face Company on a whim. Truth is, you can't quailfy the true skill of a practitioner until you experience their service. I have to say, everything about my experience was beyond my expectation. Dr Jackson is one of the most personable individuals I've met in a very long time. Equal to his persona, his knowledge and skill are second to none. I highly recommend visiting this office and experiencing the magic for yourself.

  Dr. Jackson is amazing! He truly takes the time to sit down, listen to your concerns, and provide honest advice about what will and won't work. He never tries to upsell you or recommend unnecessary treatments, which I really appreciate. I was pleasantly surprised when he personally answered the phone when I called to reschedule an appointment. That level of personal attention is rare and made me feel like more than just another patient. He also took the time to review my current skincare routine, recommended improvements, and explained why certain products would work better for my skin.   I had an excellent experience with Dr. Jackson and couldn’t be happier with my visit. This was my first time getting Botox, so I was pretty nervous going into the appointment, especially since I’m very nervous about needles. From the moment I arrived, Dr. Jackson made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. I was impressed by how personable, professional, and patient he was. He took the time to thoroughly explain everything, answered all of my questions, and never made me feel rushed. You can tell he genuinely cares about his patients and wants them to feel informed and confident before moving forward with any treatment. What stood out most to me was how understanding and supportive he was about my anxiety around needles. He was calm, reassuring, and made the entire process much easier than I expected. His bedside manner is exceptional, and he has a way of making you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the appointment. The procedure itself was quick and smooth. If you’re considering Botox, especially if it’s your first time, I highly recommend Dr. Jackson. He’s knowledgeable, professional, friendly, and truly excellent at what he does.
