  It’s already great to have a Sephora with such a wide selection of products in a place like Savannah. Although the staff seems to have high turnover, I find them all very friendly, especially some who are particularly enthusiastic.

  I went to your store thursday april.23,2026. and I was looking for a hydrating serum at The ordinary brand the sales lady who is wearing eyeglasses she is tall curl hair, she recommend me the wrong serum, she gave that niacinamide instead of the hydration serum.its so frustrating. And be careful of buying make up, check also the expiration date, i was gonna get the lancome foundation and its already expired feb2,2026.

  The store itself is well-designed and offers a wide selection of products. However, our experience was negatively impacted by the behavior of one male employee. He repeatedly followed my mother and me throughout the store and lingered nearby in a way that felt uncomfortable. At one point, he stood very close to us and appeared to be recording, although I cannot confirm this with certainty. This situation created a sense of unease and made the environment feel unwelcoming. When we decided to check out, the same employee unexpectedly took over the register. The interaction was not particularly friendly, which further contributed to our discomfort. Overall, while the store has many positive qualities, this experience detracted significantly from our visit.
