Wish I would have read the reviews here first!! My hair was cut by the Asian lady (Le?) and her response was it will look ok in TWO weeks!! She was so proud of her work too!! Didnt matter that I was in tears. I had just had my hair colored & she literally cut it all off!! This location is terrible!!!

- PNPeter NagengastFeb 6, 20261.0This will be the last time I go to a great clips, my hair wasn’t cut the way I wanted it because I couldn’t see the mirror due to the fact I was turned away from it. I couldn’t see the mirror at all which is a first since getting my hair cut my stylist and another stylist were saying things to each other about customers coming in that wasn’t professional. She didn’t style my hair at all and pretty much didn’t comb it after the cut was done. Worst experience being there and it felt like I was an inconvenience to them. I’ll go elsewhere and pay more. I’ve already deleted the app.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
