The lady behind the counter didn't have a clue about the answers to my questions i had for her about some of the products. She also told me that the students who come in there have more knowledge than her. She had no knowledge of what i asked about basic products they had. I checked amazon after looking here... several expensive products i looked at are cheaper on amazon.

I am providing you with my Master Cosmetology License and I am simply asking you to update/enter my information in your computer. Instead, you have me standing around for 10 minutes trying to find me in your computer. I do have prior obligations outside of your store.

While on hold I put in the store's address to my GPS and I wasn't going to make it in time. (was expected to arrive 3 mins after their closing time) She promised if I was going to come she'd hold the color up front and wait! Even when I arrived Gabby was very pleasant and helpful! Excellent customer service from her! Kudos to her!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
