  While waiting in line to be served i was never acknowledge by the cashier. Granted she was waiting on another customer she went above and beyond servicing her. From picking out makeup for her, trying out different products with her and never once saying I’ll be with you shortly. I waited at least 20 minutes in line and then I finally left. She could at least asked how can I help you while the other customer was trying on different makeup, but she didn’t . Terrible customer service.

  Jaelah is the best employee at a Sephora I have ever received service from. I made sure to get her name so I can write this review. She is so kind and patient. I usually come in with around 5 family members and she is kind, reassuring and respectful to all of us. She did a shade match with me for a Haus Labs foundation and might I say it was the best shade match I have ever gotten. She doesn’t just do the bare minimum, she puts in 100 percent- even when the store is busy. All the workers are usually kind but she goes above and beyond. Everyone needs a Jaelah in their life.
