- JOJody OwensOct 5, 20262.0Danielle was extremely condescending and disrespectful. She was rolling her eyes, talking to me like I was a child, and making me feel dumb for asking a simple question. I’m a grown adult and should not have been spoken to or treated that way. Her attitude was completely unnecessary and unprofessional.
- CNChristy NewmanOct 5, 20261.0Absolutely HORRIBLE experience with Danielle. The second I walked in, her attitude made me want to leave. She was perfectly nice to the customers before me, then completely switched up when it was my turn. I asked her a simple question and she immediately became rude, dismissive, and belittling, as if I was stupid for even asking. I don’t know if the way I was treated had anything to do with my skin color, and I’m not going to assume that, but the way she treated me was completely unacceptable. No customer should be made to feel embarrassed or unwelcome for asking a simple question. If you can’t treat people with basic respect, you shouldn’t be working in customer service. I will NEVER return.

They go out of their way to be rude They never have anything in stock, They’re lazy and they act like everything you ask them is an actual chore. Today was the final straw and I will ever do business at that store again. Fayetteville is so far out of the way for us, but my staff and I will continue to go to Fayetteville where they’re courteous and accommodating.
