- EHEllie HerringAug 20, 20262.0I called this store, was on hold for 20 minutes, when they finally picked up, it was the normal number and they “connected me” to the Sephora number, which was complete silence. Went to the store and answered my own question in 3 minutes.

We have a similar fragrance profile, and she introduced me to some fragrances I never knew about. I went in for one item and went home with Burberry Her elixir. She is very comfortable with fragrances/fragrance profiles and I will definitely come back to that store to see her.

When the Sephora employee came up to the register with an attitude and said “put your email in”. No hello, no smile, no did you find everything you needed, nothing! She was mumbling under her breath, not sure what she was saying. When she put my product in the bag she threw/flung it onto the counter and the bag landed on its side. I will not be returning to this store and will be visiting the East Cobb Avenue store. Where the employees are so happy to help and acknowledge you.
