- KTKimberly ThorntonMay 13, 20261.0I decided to call in confirm they had a product I need to avoid a dummy mission. The rep stated that they do over the phone. But once I got to the store they had nothing of the sort. Please be thorough when verifying specific products.
- BNBrit NJun 29, 20241.0Do not place a same day delivery order. They use Uber and if it doesn't arrive (which mine never did), it will be a huge hassle to be refunded. I got a message saying that the order was cancelled so I called the store and asked the employee to send out a new order since I needed it that day. The employee said they had to ask their manager. When I spoke to the manager the following day the said I had to come in in order to get a refund. Since I was in a training all week in Buckhead and then out of town, this wasn't possible. So I went into the Buckhead store and talked to the manager there who said the Marietta manager should go ahead and refund my PayPal charge. She kept saying she couldn't. I had to open a case with PayPal to finally get my refund several weeks later. Really awful customer service. I mean why not immediately send out a new order when Uber cancelled? And why not just do the refund when they knew on their end that the products were never delivered? And really the manager just didn't seem to care and kept telling me to come in, which wasn't possible. Why would I have placed a delivery order if it was easy to come in? Also I emailed and chatted with customer service and literally the only way I got my refund was through opening a case with PayPal. Salon centric needs to do better with customer service via email, chat, and the Marietta store and their training.

Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
