I did have an experience that was not so good but I decided to give it one more try and I am so glad I did because that was the day I started getting waxed by Carrie. Carrie is so professional, she is so knowledgeable and caring. She is the reason I continue to get service at this location because she is the absolute BEST. My brows are always perfect and I have never had a problem with getting waxed by her.
