We can't wait to see you!
Took my daughter to this Sephora for the first time a few weeks ago. The customer service was HORRIBLE. No one greeted us when we came in, nor asked did we need an assistance. Not to mention, the cashier was VERY unfriendly and unprofessional, she was a Caucasian girl with glasses and dark hair. I talked with the manager about the customer service before I left the store . I hope some changes are made, but I won’t be going back to this Sephora again. Your first impression should be your best. Get it together and do better!

My experience at Sephora was good, nice customer service, Jordan was very helpful in helping me find the right under eye concealer, good eye hydrate product along with a good make up setting spray. Would recommend this place over ultra beauty. Give them a try.

I'm sorry, because I love Sephora, but this location idk. I waited for 10 min for them to bring my fragrance to the counter. I eventually left & went Ultra.

Let me start by saying that there is obviously a reason why I shop from Sephora. I’m a VIB member of their beauty insider program fora reason. I’ve continued to recommend their products to others for a reason. That reason is definitely not this store, which unfortunately is the only buy online pick up in store Sephora in my area. Anyone remember in the sixth sense the doctor guy didn’t realize he was dead and wondered why people acted like they couldn’t see him? I swear, regardless of what I’m wearing or the fact that I’m wearing a full face of make up, that’s how I feel when I go to this Sephora. No welcoming, no help offered, no beauty services offered, just people looking at you (cutting their eyes) until you finally check out and leave. That has been my experience the last dozen times I’ve come to this Sephora, and yesterday when I went in for my buy online order and to give them some business as I purchased a $50+ hair serum on top of my online pick up, that was my experience as well. Luckily I’m pretty resourceful and eventually figured out where the product I wanted was, otherwise I would have just rolled my eyes, gotten the buy online order, and gotten out. Another reason why I normally do my Sephora shopping online to be shipped to my home. Goddammit Beauty Insider Challenge with your buy online pick up requirement! How you vex me so!
As stated, the customer service/helpfulness at this store has always been lacking for me. I had looked up this hair care product online, as I already used another product by the brand, but I originally couldn’t find what I was looking for at the initial display for Crown Affair that I saw in the store. Assuming there might be a secondary display, I walked throughout all of hair care, skin care, and make up, looking for a worker to help me and clearly looking at products. As a former retail worker, I can say that the fact I was looking at one display for so long (then moved throughout the department related to it searching for another) was a huge missed opportunity on inquiring about my needs and trying to sell additional products. Especially since there was a hair care information table at the front of the store (how ironic that they claimed they wanted to inform people about hair care but when someone was looking for it so obviously no one was around to inquire about my needs). It wasn’t until I had resolved I would receive no help that I got irritated enough to go back to the original display and look through EVERY displayed product until I found what I wanted, which was in the wrong place (this was within an hour of the store being open. So also implied they don’t regularly check on displays). That was when I went up to the register, went to a register after the cashier had already checked out a customer, and then the cashier walked off with no explanation. Luckily I wasn’t in a hurry and at that point was mildly curious as to how long it would actually take for someone to acknowledge me and check me out. So I waited. Another associate came up to the register, scanned a product (again ignoring me), then walked off again to help another customer. At this point I almost started laughing. Here I was, purchasing one of their more expensive hair care serums, and had a pick up order to also receive, and at this moment no one had even spoken to me in the whole store. Mind you there was ANOTHER cashier there who also hadn’t spoken to me. Finally the cashier returned, and apparently realized I was there for a pick up and I was purchasing the hair serum (I mean, I was standing at the register so what a shocker). To her credit at that point it was a polite, speedy check out. But honestly? If I never have to go in there again it’d be too soon. I’ve also resolved that moving forward, if it’s not a buy online pick up order, I’m just not going to shop this Sephora. I would prefer hands down any of the Sephoras in larger stores around me. If they suddenly offer me buy online pick up at those, I’ll gladly kiss this one goodbye
Pickup hours are Tuesday through Thursday from 12:00 PM to 5:00 PM, Friday and Saturday from 11:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Sunday from 1:00 PM to 4:00 PM, and it is closed for pickup on Mondays.
