No one greeted us when we came in, nor asked did we need an assistance. Not to mention, the cashier was VERY unfriendly and unprofessional, she was a Caucasian girl with glasses and dark hair. I talked with the manager about the customer service before I left the store . I hope some changes are made, but I won’t be going back to this Sephora again. Your first impression should be your best. Get it together and do better!
