  Was my first time coming here and it was not a good experience at all. I chose my spray tan level, answered all their questions and then was told that they only had the light spray tan, after the receptionist just told me I really needed the medium one because I was so pale. She then said let's just do 2 bronzers but failed to tell me I would be charged for 2 even though that was the solution because they were out of 1 of the 2 spray tan levels they had. Then I go home and find out that the bronzer was just going to wash off anyway. Like what was the point? Spent $42 for a bad experience. The place in general was extremely dirty and the spray tan room was disgusting. Stuff stuck to the walls, literally looked like a corner of a nasty garage. Management and ownership should keep product stocked, go over troubleshooting issues like this with their very young employees, clean the living hell out of that place and fix the cupboard door at the front that is literally falling off the hinges.

  I do enjoy coming here but the hours is aweful, online says open & when I get here there always closed, the sign on the door is completely different then online & everyday they close at a different time, it’s hard to keep up & I don’t know why they close so early, might end my membership due to there hours, especially since it’s hot out now
