- ADA DotMay 7, 20262.0I hate to do this, but as each day goes by I find myself holding back tears. I received the WORST hair cut I’ve ever received in my life at this location all because I stylist didn’t want to be honest about her skill level. I asked for layers throughout my hair and face framing layers in the front. That’s all, I didn’t think it would be complicated. Things seemed to be going fine until she got to the front of my hair….the first cut I could tell was off. However, I trusted her professionalism and didn’t say anything. I should have. It ended up being a choppy mess. Thankfully, she asked Kristina to come over and assist her and she saved it as much as she could…I even came back to Kristina the following day to correct a couple things….but ultimately we both agreed that the only true fix was to grow it out. I’m devastated. My hair was beautiful when I walked in, I just wanted a little more movement…and now I have a hack job. Please please encourage new stylists to simply be honest with customers if they don’t truly feel comfortable. This could have easily been avoided. Kristina was a God send though…that’s all I have.

The staff is always friendly, professional, and they actually listen to what you want instead of just rushing you through the chair. The convenience is hard to beat—being able to check in online saves a ton of time, and I’ve never had to wait long. Every haircut I’ve gotten there has been consistent and exactly what I asked for. The stylists clearly know what they’re doing, and they make the whole experience easy and comfortable. On top of that, the prices are very reasonable for the quality you get. If you’re looking for a reliable place to get a solid haircut without any hassle, Great Clips is a great choice. I’ll definitely keep going back.

She has been cutting my hair for years and it just looks good. I am pleased when she is done. Can't ask for more than that.

When we moved to new home, I tried another salon because I had coupon for free cut. That stylist did not cut hair to my satisfaction The next week I was at Publix and saw the Great Clips. I went there the next time I needed a haircut. Tory understood my desire and cut it as requested. I have returned every 6 weeks or so since.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
