  Dermani MEDSPA of Kennesaw is amazing. I look forward to receiving my hydrafacial. It is definitely my relaxation and getaway time. The staff is hands down the best. The front office is always inviting and very friendly. They really make you feel at home. The products are also top notch. I definitely recommend Dermani MEDSPA!!!

  As a first timer, my experience was nothing short of amazing! I did not know what to expect be Octavia guided me through and help me choose the best service. The peaceful energy made the experience even more satisfying. Octavia really is a great esthetician and left a great impression for the facility. I will definitely be back!

  I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but unfortunately my experience with the Kennesaw location has been very disappointing. I have a busy schedule and sometimes need to cancel or reschedule, always understanding and accepting the cancellation fees. I’ve been paying for my laser membership for 4 months and was only able to attend one appointment due to scheduling conflicts and personal reasons. The main issue is the front desk staff, who have been consistently rude and dismissive. On one occasion, a staff member even hung up on me while I was speaking, simply because I was calling to cancel. As a paying customer, I expect to be treated with basic respect. This level of service is unacceptable.

  A Satisfied Customer, The entire staff I encountered was very professional and friendly, beginning with the front person, Mercy. I felt very confident with the treatments I received, which I plan to do again! I plan to try some of their other facial services after consultation. Their prices, compared to similar type aesthetic services, are reasonable, but their subscription service can offset costs if you take advantage of it. Don't confuse them with the regular spa services though, they lead more towards more medically-aligned services and products. Invest in yourself! No one else will!
