  They were busy this morning. which is awesome for them. But I had been waiting for 45 minutes when i finally decided to go up and ask how long they thought it would be. she responded that I was next. Which I was next, but when the wax aesthetician came to see who was next, the front desk lady said “well she just came up and asked and she is next soo..” and then the Aesthetician was not the kindest when doing my eyebrows. I’ve gone her for years now and this has been my worst experience. and i don’t know if i’ll be coming back. I understand you guys were busy, but that doesn’t excuse to be rude to paying customers!

  This water was great!!!!! Don’t know her name but she did a wonderful pain free job . Had a Brazilian so I won’t post a photo. LOL

  Great place for a wax, whatever you need they do. Very clean business, private rooms and the staff are so patient and go over the procedure with what to expect and the do’s and don’ts of aftercare. Ask for Lani she is a very welcoming staff member!

  I came in today to get my eyebrows waxed, and I asked the front desk who was working, and who are the ones that has done my eyebrows in the past and she told me Dash And Morgan, but Morgan is no longer there. So when the Assistant manager Dash Came out to get me, I asked the front desk is she sure that Dash has Done my eyebrows before and she said yes because i only asked because I didn’t remember her face at all. Dash had the odasity to angrily Walked away and started doing her schedule and using the bathroom like I wasn’t even there. So when Dash Came out of the restroom. I asked Dash Do she want me to go be seen somewhere else, then her acting lost, she said I’m not sure what your talking about. then I proceeded To tell her “ you just was getting me to go back to start on my eyebrows now you have me waiting and I’m the only one in here.; And I also added that the reason why I asked the front desk have you ever done my eyebrows before is because I don’t remember your face at all and that I like to have people that has previously done my eyebrows and that I wasn’t trying to be funny, With a smirk on her face Dash proceeded to tell me to come on so she can do my eyebrows. I told her never mind I will go someplace else. [note: why Would I have you to do my eyebrows after You wanna walk away with an attitude just because I asked the front desk was she sure that you’ve done my eyebrows before!!! you think I want you to mess up my brows because you’re mad girl bye ! )Being an assistant manager, People should not be rude to their customers. I Been going to wax strip For years and never encountered a problem!!! too bad all of their good people Like Morgan are gone at this location! I will never come back to this location. I don’t usually go to that location, but I was in the area at the time but never again!!! I will give my little dollars and tips to somebody else!

  Can’t remember the tech name but she is still in training and she’s awesome! This location is closer to my job so I will be going to this location from now on! Great atmosphere and everyone was extremely nice
