  I had to wait a few days before writing this because I was genuinely in shock at how GOOD my skin looks. I went in feeling hopeful but skeptical — especially with this brutal cold weather wrecking my face — and somehow Emily I. completely revived my skin. Not just a little refresh… I mean THRIVING. Glowing. Smooth. The best my skin has looked in *years*. This wasn’t just “a nice facial.” This was next-level, customized, skin-saving magic. Emily took the time to really understand what was going on with my texture issues, explained *why* my skin was struggling (no one has ever broken it down like that before), and gave me simple, immediate solutions that actually make sense. I walked out not only glowing but feeling educated and empowered about my skin. And can we talk about her professionalism? I was her last appointment on a Friday, and not once did I feel rushed.
