- MMMarkJun 27, 20265.0I’ve been to a few barbershops around Hiram and Powder Springs, but Modern Cuts Barbershop stands out. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and actually comfortable — not too loud, not stuffy, just a good vibe where you can relax and get taken care of. Barber City did an excellent job on my cut. He gave me a sharp, precise fade with clean lines and really paid attention to the details. It wasn’t rushed at all. He listened to what I wanted and delivered exactly that. I left looking fresh and feeling confident. City is clearly skilled at what he does. If you’re looking for a quality haircut in the area, I highly recommend Modern Cuts and especially asking for Barber City. I’ll definitely be going back.
