Did online thing, minimal wait. Jamie wasn't working today, so opted for Karen, new to me. Super job - professional, personable. Not wild about their app which doesn't allow you to sign up for a certain time or stylist. It needs work for sure. Give Great Clips a chance. You won't be disappointed
