Associate did not confirm order number or check ID . I received no apology just attitude . The Athens location was a much more pleasant experience .

The cashier saw me but chose to ignore me trying to open the door before closing hours. I guess her boyfriend who was sitting in the front window says they have better things to do than her job!!

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
