  I really had high hopes for this salon, I found it through Instagram. My first time I went here I got my hair done by Madison. I loved how Madison did my hair it was super cute! And she knew exactly what the vibe I was looking for. Madison was my second choice since Laila was booked and busy. I honestly think I made a horrible decision since one I got a dark purple hair color treatment done but not even a week later I see blonde patches of hair meaning she didn’t put enough product on my hair and i didn’t even applied heat to my hair. Another thing I noticed was that she gave me a very traditional scene haircut that wasn’t like anything from the reference I showed her, it was far too late for me to tell her since she was already cutting from the top of my hair.I really tried liking it but I just couldn’t at all. I spent about 400 dollars plus 80 dollars (20% gratuity) for me to not get the hairstyle I wanted and pieces that were just bleached and not painted well. Don’t get me wrong she was super sweet and talkative but she really didn’t do her best job on me since it’s barley been a month since I got my hair done with her and the color faded horribly and I haven’t applied any heat just the custom hair mask I bought from you guys. I’m aware that I have thick hair but that’s honestly no excuse for a hairdresser to leave strands of hair that aren’t colored, I felt that at the very end she was rushing to get out since I specifically remembered how she was aching to go home to play a video game on her switch. I loved Madison’s work though! Props to her! I now know who I’m going back with once my botched hair grows back.The first two were me with my long hair when Madison cut it. Upsetting since I dyed my hair purple with my old hairstylist and it never discolored this badly. update: If the owners took the time to actually read my review I clearly mentioned that Madison did my hair which were the first two photos that I’ve attached. I repeat myself I DID NOT confuse MADISON and LAILA. Second of all, I was never once informed about their policies for minor tweaks like how would they even fix it at this point. I’m very much unsatisfied and disappointed with Bee’s and Nou’s response when it comes to negative reviews they’ve not professional at all, I’ve gone this far in full detail of my experience with the hairdressers.

  After many months of seeing Maria’s work and doubting whether to trust someone with my hair because of past experiences, I finally decided to get my hair cut with her, and it was the best decision. My experience with Maria was amazing. From the very beginning, I felt comfortable with her. She answered questions I had always had about my hair, carefully examined it, and recommended products that would work best for me. On top of that, talking to her felt so natural and friendly, which made the whole experience even better. It has now been a month since my appointment, and I can truly see the difference my hair feels healthier and has grown so much. I would definitely come back, and I highly recommend her.

  I had the pleasure of getting my haircut done by Alondra and she absolutely did her big one! I found out about this hair salon through a friend & then found Alondra on Instagram. I loved all her work, so I knew I had to go w/her! I went in for a hush cut w/long layers and she even let me know ways to maintain & style it at home. Did I mention that the haircut also comes with a complimentary blowout that Alondra absolutely ate down! I love that it felt like I was just getting my hair done by a friend! I just sat while Alondra worked her magic! The salon is beautiful on the inside & the whole experience was just 10/10! I will definitely be back for my regular trims from now on! If you’re looking for a new hair salon in the Duluth area then I 100% recommend trying New Hair Boutique Salon!

  I had such a great experience with Leslie! She is incredibly talented, professional, and really takes the time to understand exactly what you want. From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt comfortable and confident I was in good hands. She pays attention to every detail and makes sure everything comes out perfect. Not only did she give me a beautiful result, but she also shared helpful tips on how to maintain my hair and keep it healthy. You can tell she genuinely cares about her clients and her work. I left feeling so happy and refreshed. I highly recommend Leslie to anyone looking for a hairstylist who truly knows what she’s doing!!

  I can’t say enough about Cynthia. I randomly scrolled across her post on TikTok, liked what I saw and DM’ed her. She responded so quickly and even squeezed me in last minute on a Saturday. She and I spent some time initially chatting about what I was looking to do. She gave her professional opinion, prepared me for the after care needs for the style I wanted and executed my cut better than I was expecting. As someone who doesn’t have much luck finding a hair stylist, and wanted to make some pretty drastic changes to my hair with how much I cut off and getting bangs. I’m never letting Cynthia go. My experience from before I even officially met her, to the time I walked out of the salon, has been top tier. Thanks so much again Cynthia! You seriously made me feel brand new!
