  My last appointment ended negatively. I had my microneedling session and I was bleeding (normal) after. I just wanted to pay and get home. A "client" was attempting to schedule a session and 2 employees were trying to help this woman make an appointment. This day wouldnt work, that day wouldnt work, the esthetician she liked only worked the days she was unavailable, was the esthetician she liked working the days the employees just told her she wasnt working, what hours does the esthetician work on the days that dont work for her, etc. This went on for a couple of painful minutes and I asked if I could pay and go home because my face was bloody, red and raw. I just needed 1 person to process my payment. For some reason, both employees stopped talking and the woman walked out without scheduling anything. Front desk ladies glared at me and told me have more patience next time. 🤨

  I had a great experience at Dermani Med Spa! The service was excellent, and the staff was extremely kind, welcoming, and professional. Highly recommend!

  I rarely leave negative reviews, but after multiple incidents, I feel I have to share my experience. I recently canceled my membership after being burned by their IPL treatments three separate times. The first incident was caused by improper technique from a technician (who later left the company). It resulted in a blister on my chin, which was painful and left my skin extremely sensitive，even til now. Despite this, I chose to move on at the time. The second burn occurred last summer and left multiple crescent-shaped marks on my face. After inspection, I was told the issue came from a damaged IPL handpiece. I was refunded for that session. Despite this, I continued monthly visits because I trusted my technician. Unfortunately, just last week, I experienced another burn, again leaving visible scratch-like marks. After checking, it was once again attributed to a machine issue. At this point, I cannot continue to tolerate repeated injuries caused by equipment problems. IPL was the main reason for my membership, yet the machines at this location have repeatedly malfunctioned, causing damage to my skin and leaving marks that should never have happened. What is even more disappointing!!!!! I never received a call, message, or email apology after any of these incidents Refunds were only provided when I explicitly asked for them This is unacceptable for a professional Medspa. Dermani is a chain, so I STRONGLY RECOMMEND CONSIDERING OTHER LOCATIONS or providers with better maintenance standards and more experienced technicians. Please take your skin seriously. I went in hoping to improve my skin, but instead ended up with multiple burn marks. If zero stars were an option, I would give zero！ STRONGLY NOT RECOMMENDED!!!!!!! BE CAREFUL!!!!
