  I just got my hair done here yesterday. It was have supposed to been $85. She charge me $100 for something that didn't even last one day. Terrible experience, I want go here ago.

  The one star is for the lady that was sitting in the front on 6/22 around 1:00-1:30. The place was empty, so you all should know who it was. She was a black lady. I was actually going in to get a haircut. She was on the phone when I walked in , so I just started browsing at the products that were right in front of the desk. I assumed because she was on the phone was the reason she didnt acknowledge me at all. After she was off the phone, she still didn’t say anything. I politely walked out. What is wrong with the customer service these days? As slow as it was, she should have been speaking to everyone! She just missed out on a whole service for herself and the profit of the salon. People have to do better. I’m sick of it. It’s all over that mall. Nobody speaks and expect people to come in and spend money. It takes all of 1 second to say hello.

  On May 30th I asked the stylist to give my baby girl some basic ponytails like 6 or 8 (how ever many)braided down with the Barrettes. She did twist instead. My daughter hair was frizzy by the time she got to me. I asked her to do my son’s hair as well ; wet , two strand twist. His hair is now also frizzy. I didn’t see any shine or gloss on either child. I’m very disappointed because my husband paid $185 for a two styles that didn’t last 24 hours!! SN: I’m a hairstylist as well and under the circumstances I was not able to do my children’s hair because I was in the hospital.

  The hair stylist, Wanda Boykin is very good and attentive to my hair. Her customer service is on point. Let's me know every step she takes with my hair. I am glad I stopped by this salon and met her. I think this is a great salon. All of the stylist are professional and courteous. I would recommend them.

  Wow, if you want a great styling hair due, I suggest you make this salon your go to place, it’s very professional and they are on point with their appointments. I love Teena Marie, she gave me a beautiful Pixie hair cut with my gray hair and it was the bomb. I’m still getting compliments over my hair cut. I would like to recommend that all the silver foxes women give them a try if you want your gray hair to “pop “ and and shine beautifully
