  My first time at this location and honestly the worst customer service ever( seeing the reviews and looks like they just hire rude people) I went up to the register to pay for one item and I only had a 100 and I didn’t have any smaller bills at the time, I gave her the hundred and she didn’t have enough money in her register for it. She said that she needed change like five times in her radio and no one came I said “actually I have a 20 in cash. could I just do that?” She said no I already put it in and I said girl and then I asked can you just cancel it and she blatantly told me no without even looking at me. How are you gonna tell me you can’t cancel an order you can cancel an order everywhere. This was after a lady had come up to her and asked if anyone was working the floor she responded to her”Yes, there should be three people” and the lady walked away and she used her radio and communicated to her team members that a lady wearing so-and-so needed help waited a second and then said into her radio “she looks like one of those”. she was already bad talking about a client who clearly couldn’t find help on the floor and had to come up to the front to see if anyone could help her honestly so rude. If you don’t want to be nice or interact with people probably don’t work in customer service or a job that requires you to be a decent person

  I gave it 3 tries and now Im done. Im not sure what is going on with this location but there is a huge difference between being respectful and being ignored. 3 times in a row not a sould has offered to help me or say a word to me. I dont wear a ton of makeup, I tend to focus on skincare. Im not sure if the workers see me coming amd think Im not spending money or what but I can assure you I have adult money. I went in last night. Had well over $1k worth of products in my hand (that I found all by myself). I was just missing the fragrance (that are locked up) and just stood at the register for forever while the 1 cashier was trying to sign up a customer for reward but there was a huge language gap. Not once did anyone ask for help, acknowledge the line that had formed, nothing. I ended up putting everything back and walked out, bought it all online with another competitor. Not asking to be hounded like Im shoplifting but if someone is walking every single aisle, its nice to just feel acknowledged. The workers are obsessed over the young teens and those are not the only clientele.

  SEPHORA at the outlet is absolutely amazing! Everyone was so helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. The store itself is beautiful, well organized, and has everything you could want. The workers made the shopping experience so enjoyable this place truly deserves attention. Highly recommend visiting if you’re nearby!

  I needed a new hilighter. I had one picked out. But Cindy showed me around the store and found the perfect one for me. Super helpful and nice. She even put the one away I didnt want. When I got to the register I entered my account and got a free gift too. 🎁 how nice. They have a little bit of everything. Gotta love Sephora.
