- ACAnali CapistranDec 12, 20211.0Unprofessional. Very uncalled for. I went in to buy shampoo and conditioner and the lady up front with short blonde hair said I was not licensed when I very much am. I had given her a paper from when I first got my license, two years ago. My paper with my license number, the expiration date was already expired, but I thought she was going to look me up like she said she was, and I knew with that she would see that I am licensed. After she had “looked me up” said, very firmly, I was not licensed and proceded to go about how I cannot purchase without being licensed. I was at shock and confused. Confused to why she would be so loud and firm about something she was clearly wrong about. I left thinking I was unlicensed or maybe something had happened. I went into my car and checked state board and I am licensed. Like I said I was to begin with. What a way to make a customer feel comfortable and welcomed the first time at your store. I will just stick with cosmo prof

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.

In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
