- KVKathleen VincentApr 26, 20263.0We're new to Dacula so this was first (and last) time in to this location. The facility was clean and since I checked in online, I didn't wait long, just a few minutes. The stylist (young blonde) had me sit in her chair and put the cape on me. I explained that I wanted the crown of my hair cut shorter and blended into the sides and also provided pictures of how I wear my hair. I was going to have her wash it but she started spraying my hair with water, so I just sat there. She wasn't friendly and was very aggressive with her comb, actually hitting my scalp and at one point, she actually smacked me in the face with it and didn't offer an apology. When she felt she was done, she said, "I just cut the top, I didn't do anything to the sides." I responded that was fine as long as the layers were blended. Went home a took a shower and as I was styling my hair, it is obviously NOT blended, with a good 1.5 - 2 inches of difference between the crown of my head and the sides. Epic fail!

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
