  I was in the store earlier today and asked an employee named Fox if he had a travel set for a specific perfume. He told me no, but then said he might have a set that included only two of the fragrances. I asked if he knew which fragrances were included in the set, and his response was extremely rude. He stated, and I quote, “I ain’t got time to help.” I asked him to clarify if he was saying that he didn’t have time to help me, and he responded, “Yes.” At that point, I politely walked out of the store. I work hard for my money, and when I choose to spend it at a business, I expect to be treated with basic courtesy and respect. As someone who works with patients, I would never treat someone I am responsible for with the level of disrespect and dismissiveness that I experienced today. I am extremely disappointed by this interaction and will not be shopping at this location again. I sincerely hope management sees this review and takes the opportunity to address the situation and provide additional customer service training. No customer should be made to feel like they are an inconvenience simply for asking for assistance

  Great! The workers are so helpful, joyful , and nice. This is the local Sephora I go to.

  Rude employee at the checkout (blond woman with her hair in a bun) showed me her attitude when I said it don’t have an account with Sephora and I do not wish to share my numbers and email. Just check me out. I don’t owe you anything but $ for the purchase.

  ​"I was taking my time to choose my first-ever perfume. I was testing them on my skin because I know the scent changes with your pH. Then, the girl at the register comes up to me—totally rude—and says, 'Are you still here?' What kind of question is that? She wasn't doing anything, and I wasn't even bothering her or asking for help. I knew exactly what I was doing. She was so dismissive and disrespectful. What is wrong with people? Talk about a lack of professionalism. She made me feel like I had to hurry up and pick something, as if I had even asked for her opinion. Her attitude was disgusting. I was actually polite and asked if there was a time limit for testing or if she had a problem with me being there. Honestly, she needs to find another job."
