She did not clean her equipment after the previous customer before starting my haircut. I assumed she would use sanitized tools, but instead she began using the same ones, which still had visible lots of hair on them. I had to stop her because it was unhygienic. When I raised my concern, she accused me of lying and refused to continue the service. If there is any doubt, I encourage management to review the camera footage for verification. This reflects poorly on the level of professionalism, and it seems some staff are not taking their responsibilities seriously.

They took a booking online , messed up the queue and at the end said they don’t have time to do the hair cut for the kid after an hour of waiting. The experience was awful, and her response was terrible. She was impatient to reply when I explained what I wanted to cut my hair. I’ve been coming to this store for the past five years, but this was the worst experience I’ve ever had.

If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
