- TGTyler GarrettMay 10, 20261.0I am a regular... actually let me clarify. I WAS a regular and will NEVER come back or bring my family to get their haircut here again. Wife and I stopped by to get my hair cut and sons. When we got there the blonde said "You guys like pushing it don't you ?.. implying very rude that we came in about 5min before closing?? Did not know they closed in 5 minutes... All you had to say was " hey, welcome.. sorry it's too late for a haircut come back tomorrow?." But no, instead I have to take even more time to write this review because proper customer service/respect wasn't shown. Disappointed...
- APAlan PresnellApr 16, 20263.0My stylist didn't give the level of care and time that I've recieved on past visits. It's a simple #3 buzz but most stylists will take the time and use collar tissues and powder after the cut. It wasnt very busy so not sure the reasoning. Also I feel there should be a separate charge for buzz cuts being it doesn't take alot of time or skill to do.

No. For the stylist’s safety, we do not publish their schedules or allow customers to request them using Online Check-In. Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
