  Fairly well stocked. Friendly staff. The manager was really helpful in processing a return, and she let me know about up coming classes.

  The 1 star is given based on my latest experience, last week. Was very disappointed in my visit and interaction with Arielle who stated she was the manager. I was purchasing two lightners during the 50% bogo sale. Running at the same time, was an in store was a separate sale on Redken lightner (20%) she asked witch one I wanted to use. I told her the bogo. However when she rang it up, she said do you want to get another lightner. I replied no. She told me the price and I said that couldn't be right. She explained the the computer wouldn't "do it". I referred to the weekly ad that clearly stated it was available on ALL lightners. She said she could only do "what the computer told her..." after a few minutes of back and forth, she said, "you know what, I can change it for you this time, but the computer tells us what to do..." 🤦‍♀️... I asked for a manager and that's when she said she was. Her sarcastic, condescending attitude were unacceptable. It has left a sense of distrust with the company for me. Feeling that I will be coaxed into purchasing more in order to take advantage of advertised "deals"...not happy...⭐

  I was really surprised by last review. I've been shopping there for years. Always happy and they go out of the way to help. Travis, Stacy, and Kelly are awesome! The store is for licensed professionals only. Maybe that was part of the issue.
