(Apologies Jayden may be a misspelling) From the moment I walked in, they were both incredibly kind, attentive, and genuinely helpful. Bryce took the time to walk around the store with me and suggest fragrances based on what I was looking for, which made the whole experience feel personalized and effortless. The level of customer service I received was truly top tier—something you don’t often see from most retailers these days. They both went above and beyond to make sure I found exactly what I needed, without ever making me feel rushed or pressured. I will absolutely be coming back, and I hope Bryce and Jayden get the recognition they deserve for their outstanding service. Experiences like this make all the difference.
