- HHHayleeApr 17, 20261.0I’ve had multiple interactions with the manager, Dalton, unfortunately, they’ve been consistently disappointing. Communication feels unprofessional at times, and there seems to be a lack of respect and support toward customers. Also, be cautious when taking product advice from management at this location. I’ve personally been given inaccurate information multiple times, which makes it hard to trust anything being recommended. In a cosmetology-focused store, product knowledge is the bare minimum—and that expectation isn’t being met here. It feels like training isn’t being prioritized, and it shows. If you know what you’re looking for, you’ll be fine—but I wouldn’t rely on management for guidance.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
