- EEEmmaJun 18, 20261.0The lady who did my hair did an awful job. All I wanted was a one process color all over and I just wanted black. When I got home my roots were still brown. How do you mess up black hair dye? Not only that, the lady who did my hair tore my scalp to shreds. Took her nail and scrub the HELL out of my head. I had literal scratch marks on my scalp after. She also let me leave the salon looking a mess. Didn’t style my hair, didn’t fix the part in my hair, and put some product in it that made my hair look dry and greasy at the same time. Staff around were extremely weird. Talking about people’s weight and all on the phone. I will never come here again. Stop hiring people who can even do a one process color correctly.

I will be speaking to the manager about whether or not I was suppose to receive a discount. I went back and purchase hair products. The stylist that did my hair checked me out. She knew my hair was not acceptable to be a Master's stylist. I just wanted her to acknowledge that my hair my was not done properly. I have learned do not continue support people or businesses who give you poor services.
