- CTCee TurtleSep 30, 20251.0I requested a relaxer and trim. My hair was longer than shoulder length and I left with my hair involuntarily shorter than neck length. The sinks wouldn't drain so I sat in dirty water. I was sat upright for all the water to run down and soak my shirt. I also left with a chemical burn across my cheek. I won't ever be returning or recommending this location.
