I'd been to Utopia before - but its not super convenient to me. I went back today for a 60/min 'pick two' (back & feet) & had an outstanding experience. Margarita was AMAZING. She has the STRONGEST hands & fingers (there were times I was holding my breath & tensing my whole body because it 'hurt so good'!!!). The place just does an awesome job - starting with selecting your scent for your foot soak (lavender, eucalyptus or peppermint). They do a short scalp massage while your feet soak, they bring a lovely, warm/weighted neck wrap - I can't say enough good things. ENJOY!

Now when I get there with my group it's a different story the receptionist started saying what they didn't do and couldn't do which surprised me a little and I said okay let's see how this goes the massage therapist they did okay one person out of my group had a good therapist but the rest of got what we felt like was a deep tissue ☹️ not good or our cup of tea. They also said they didn't do glutes they did my friends glutes... Ambience was nice but somethings were missing. Disappointed i left a tip anyway because I understand how the business goes.
- MNMansi NaharMay 31, 20262.0I and two of my other friends went there for a shoulder, foot and scalp massage. Ambience was good and the service at the reception was good as well. However for the massage, one of us was assigned a male and the other two were assigned a female and the male masseuse was not that good. For scalp massage, he really just massaged the upper neck (lower scalp) area. Not really the entire scalp. Also, never asked about the pressure. If it was enough or too much or too less. For the scalp massage it felt too less and for the shoulders it felt too much. Also, for the shoulder massage, he focused pretty much just around the lower neck area. Also, because of the high pressure, I had pain like a bruise the entire next day. Foot massage was decent. Both of my other friends had a really good experience and therefore the 2 stars. For me it was a 1 star or less experience.
