  Great customer service off the bat. Relaxation area is well kept with keto bites and other refreshments. Do try the tea, it’s amazing. The pool was the perfect temperature, however the hot tub was unfortunately a little dirty. I’m not sure if it was just deposits from hard water, but there were brown area near the drains and jets. I loved the sauna, they nailed the temperature. I tried the steam room, it wasn’t for me, but if you like steam rooms, try it! It was clean and the tile was gorgeous. The shower had amazing water pressure with an aromatherapy shower spray. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash were all a lovely pomelo scent. They also provided amenities like shower caps, razor, and shaving cream. For a disposable razor, it worked really well! I got the 80 minute Midtown Massage with moderate to deep pressure. Mary was magic! I have arthritis and my joints felt so much better after her massage. I highly recommend her, especially if you have chronic pain or have therapeutic needs. It was very relaxing and the rosemary-lavender essential oils were nice.

  ⭐⭐⭐⭐☆ A Relaxing Spa Experience with Exceptional Service I recently visited the Spa at Four Seasons Atlanta and had a wonderful experience overall. The highlight of my visit was, without question, my massage with Brittany. Her technical expertise, professionalism, and intuitive approach were exceptional. She took the time to understand exactly what my body needed and delivered one of the best therapeutic massages I’ve had. She is incredibly skilled and a tremendous asset to the spa team. The facilities are beautiful, impeccably maintained, and reflect the elegance expected of the Four Seasons brand. That said, there are a couple of areas where the guest experience could be improved. The indoor relaxation area adjacent to the pool has a very limited number of lounge chairs. While there were additional loungers available outdoors, Atlanta’s summer heat made spending much time outside unrealistic. Expanding the indoor relaxation space would make the experience far more enjoyable. Additionally, the relaxation beds could be a bit longer. As a taller guest, I found them somewhat uncomfortable, and I imagine other taller guests may feel the same. I also want to recognize one of the male spa attendants, whose honesty and dedication truly exemplified luxury hospitality. After my treatment, I accidentally left behind my Dior cologne. By the time it was discovered, I had already made my way to another part of the hotel. He went out of his way to locate me and ensure it was safely returned. That level of integrity and initiative deserves recognition. Trustworthy employees like him are invaluable and reinforce the confidence guests place in the Four Seasons brand. Overall, this is a wonderful spa with an exceptional team. Between Brittany’s outstanding massage and the attentiveness and honesty of the spa staff, I would gladly return. With a few enhancements to the relaxation areas, this would easily be a five-star spa experience.

  Linda was incredible!! 🤍 Me and my bestie spent hours at the Four Seasons Spa enjoying all the amenities before ending the day with massages. Truly the most relaxing experience & already can’t wait to come back.
