  During my visit today at Sephora, Kiki assisted me and was amazing. Morgan also was amazing working at the register unfortunately she had to work by herself while the manager BRYNN sat and watched the line of at least 15 people go by . Wow, completing paperwork that could have been done by the end of the night. I spent $200 to have to wait at one register that was so inconsiderate.

  Outstanding Service – Janeen D. at Sephora Lenox Mall I came into the store somewhat hesitant on a Friday afternoon after a previous experience where my color match was off, which led to a purchase I ultimately did not feel confident about. Because of that, I initially intended to keep things minimal and only explore a tint rather than make a larger investment. From the moment I began working with Janeen, she completely changed that experience. She took the time to listen, understand my concerns, and thoughtfully guide me through the process. What stood out most was not just her knowledge, but her transparency—she made sure I understood Sephora’s return policies and reassured me that if something did not work, I had options. Her approach built a level of trust and confidence that I had not previously experienced. What began as a cautious $40 visit turned into a $200 investment—not out of pressure, but because I genuinely felt confident in her recommendations and expertise. Janeen’s customer service was impeccable. She was patient, attentive, and treated me as though my experience truly mattered. Sephora has a true asset in her, and I would highly recommend her to anyone seeking not only great product knowledge, but a supportive and personalized experience.   I just want to take a moment to recognize Morgan in your fragrance department. Extremely fun to shop with, great service and I mentioned to a friend that they should buy my gift because it was my birthday as a joke and without hesitation she reminded me to pick out my gift from Sephora. Something I totally forgot about. Huge shoutout to Morgan thank you again!

  I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Maria and Brittney on 3/31/26. After noticing a missing item on 3/27/26, I brought it to the team’s attention and they handled it with care and professionalism. They took the time to look into it, and my Tarte lip liner was replaced with no hassle. Brittney is always so warm and welcoming, which made the entire experience even better. Truly grateful for the level of customer service and support. Thank you both again!
