- AAAdebola Aguda3 days ago1.0Unfortunately, this Sephora location was not a great experience. The staff felt cold and unwelcoming throughout my visit. After completing a shade match, I was simply pointed in the direction of the product instead of being guided to it or assisted further, which made the experience feel impersonal. Violet, in particular, came across as unkind and unfriendly. Overall, not the type of environment that makes you feel comfortable, valued, or beautiful while shopping.

The employees seemed to be hiding out running away from customers. They were all in the back of the store and not a single person said anything. I finally found my item by myself and stood addy the counter while the employee finished whatever she was doing on her phone. Not so great customer service, the store was clean so I’ll give 2 stars for that

Usually, my in person experiences at Sephora are much better, very interactive, and the staff has energy. However, on this particular day, they had more energy for most other customers other than me, I was barely greeted, then after about 10 to 15 minutes being in the store looking for things a quick welcome to Sephora was murmured. I asked about Natasha denona location of makeup and an associate said it was only in one area (it wasn’t). I later found what I was looking for (on my own) closer to cash wrap area. It was very transactional once I checked out very disappointed. ☹️
