  loved the store and the overall aesthetic. However, it was my first time coming in for a piercing, and the experience wasn’t what I expected.Breanna did my piercing, and while she was okay, she came across as a bit standoffish. The cashier also made the experience feel even more uncomfortable. I came in with a clear picture of the piercings I wanted and explained exactly what I was looking for, but they both seemed judgmental and gave me the impression that they didn’t think I knew what I wanted—even though I had shown them a very clear reference photo.Overall, I really like the store itself, but the interactions with those two employees made the experience feel awkward and unwelcoming. I’d be willing to give Rowan another chance, but I’d probably visit a different location next time.

  I received very terrible customer service last night on 619 2026 The employees in Lennox Mall. The unprofessionalism from the nurses the front desk staff it was unacceptable. I then proceeded to ask one of the nurses who was outside about The store not having managers. Sophia, Sophie, proceeds to go back in the store, laughing telling the other ones what I asked her and then I asked about the manager a general manager. I walk up and catch them talking about me the girl at the front desk again very rude running her mouth very loudly. The other nurse is standing around like cackling like schoolgirl. My first experience was five stars. This one was pathetic. It was sad. It was embarrassing. It was really demeaning everybody who worked last night need professional development. I would never treat none of my patients like that. For this to be a professional store, And we standing on accolades, I couldn’t tell professional development is definitely needed for the entire staff from last night. no one asked what I needed. No one tried to help. No one said well if you come in tomorrow, we could help you. We take our last appointment at 7:45 is now 7:47pm. Nobody tried to assist me but yet still I walk back in front of the store to catch them, talking about me and laughing..So Sad they don’t behave this way in Claire’s and they are not nurses! Do Better teach your staff some customer service, coachings, and most importantly that this is a professional environment! Allegedly My first review with Brittani was amazing 5 ⭐️

  got an infection,puss blood everywhere,had to get off my earings and wait till it closed, also got pretty puffy.

  Chole was amazing and sweet, answering our questions and offering assistance since the moment we walked in. The piercing was perfect 🤩

  Great experience across the board. I worked with Chloe. She was super helpful super and informative. I felt like I got it very sterile and safe piercing.
